Ok, so the title really makes it out to be more than it was, but the truth of the line still holds. As many of you know, last Saturday I had the opportunity to ride along on a shift with a Deputy from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office as part of the Citizen’s Academy classes.

I received my bottle of Lucid via UPS on Monday afternoon… After waiting for Jean to get home, we worked our way into the kitchen and began the “ritual” of la louche’.
I was going to begin this post by saying “All I say about this weekend is: WOW!!!” Of course, you know me better than that, so be prepared for a longer diatribe on my experiences. But, I do have a few pictures and a VERY interesting story for those brave enough to continue reading on.
